Shipping policy

Collection
Orders are typically ready for collection at 6346 W Gunnison St, Chicago, IL 60630 within one hour of order confirmation, during shop hours (Tue–Fri 10am–7pm, Sat–Sun 10am–5pm, closed Mondays). We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready.

Nationwide shipping
Nationwide shipping begins October 16, 2026. Perishable items — including fresh meat, dairy, and bakery goods — along with frozen items and anything requiring an ice pack, are not currently available for nationwide shipping and remain collection-only for now. We hope to offer shipping on more of these items in the future.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order: 0–5 lb: $13.99 · 5–15 lb: $27.99 · 15–30 lb: $49.99 · 30–70 lb: $89.99. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, once nationwide shipping is live.

If an item isn’t available
If something in your order turns out not to be in stock, we’ll contact you before shipping so you can choose a substitute, a refund for that item, or to cancel the order — you will never be charged for an item we can’t actually provide.
