By using this website and placing an order with Gaelic Imports, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock. If we cancel or reduce an order due to unavailable stock, you will be contacted first and will receive a full refund for any part we cannot fulfill — you will never be charged for an item we can't actually provide.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

Products

We source and represent our products as accurately as possible. Actual packaging or product appearance may occasionally vary from images shown.

Food allergies and ingredients

Packaged products are labeled by their original manufacturer; that label is the only reliable source for a product's ingredients and allergens, and we encourage you to check it before consuming. Café and bakery items are prepared in a shared kitchen that also handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, egg, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of cross-contact with these or other allergens. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering, and use your own judgment before eating.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is the property of Gaelic Imports and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and this website are provided without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in our policies or required by applicable law. Gaelic Imports is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products, beyond the value of the order itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
