Trade & Catering Orders
We bake sausage rolls, bridies, soda bread and scones in our own kitchen on Gunnison Street every morning. If you run a pub, café, restaurant or catering business in Chicagoland and want proper Irish bakes on your menu, we’d love to hear from you.
Gaelic Imports, est. 1957. Baking fresh every day the shop is open, Tuesday to Sunday.

How it works
- Send us an enquiry below — tell us what you’d like, roughly how many, and when you need it.
- We confirm by phone or email with trade pricing and a collection time. Nothing is charged online.
- Collect from the shop at 6346 W Gunnison St, Chicago. One-off orders and regular weekly orders are both welcome.
Who trade orders are for: businesses serving our bakes to their own customers — on a menu, at a counter or at an event. We don’t currently supply products packaged for resale on shop shelves.
Allergens: our pastries contain wheat. Please ask us for full ingredient and allergen information before ordering.
